New Map Highlights Glenwild's Four Unique Trails

Glenwild is excited to tell you about the improvements to Glenwild's Nordic Trail System. Our track, set up for skate skiing or classic cross country, is in the best condition ever. With 9.1 kilometer of track set, we have a number of loops that can be skied. The distances for each loop are on the new map that is also available at the Clubhouse and at the start of the track.

One of the reasons that the track is in such good condition is that we recently purchased a top of the line snowmobile to assist in grooming. Our other snowmobile can help pack after heavy snow, provide a backup when repairs need to be made and eventually pull a second groomer that we have ordered. Distances, in kilometers, has been marked on each one of the color coded loops, so you know exactly what distances you are skiing.

We look forward to having you enjoy our Nordic trails throughout the winter. Also, especially for first timers, be on the lookout for instructional days to learn or fine tune either your skate or classic techniques.
